current experiment:

• install VXD driver from phil
• install DOS driver from phil
• install audiohq and friends from live 5.1 cd

WORKS but with one known issue:

• 2-bit ADPCM (nukem2) does not work

could it be fixed by loading CSP.SYS, ASP.SYS for sb pro/sb pro 2? no idea
